Can I fix my Apple phone?

If you are using our postal repair service, we always aim to fix your device the same day we receive it in the post. We then post your device back using Royal Mail’s special delivery service. You should receive your device back in 2-3 days. If there are any problems and your device is going to take slightly longer, we will always contact you and keep you informed.
